FAQ
CFO services questions.
What is a fractional CFO?
A senior finance professional who works with you part-time, for a monthly fee, instead of a full-time salary. You get planning, forecasting and financial advice without hiring a CFO.
When does a business need CFO services?
Usually when it is growing, hiring, raising money, applying for a loan, or when the owner is making big decisions without a clear view of cash and profit.
Do I need to use your bookkeeping too?
No, but the books must be accurate. If they are kept elsewhere, we review them first. Many clients use us for both so everything ties together.
Which software do you use for budgets and forecasts?
We work from your QuickBooks, Xero or Odoo data and build budgets and forecasts in Excel or Google Sheets, so you can always open and use them.
